About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Sea Freight Specialist to join our Antwerp team. This role focuses on delivering tailor-made sea freight solutions while managing and growing your own client portfolio. You will combine industry expertise with hands-on client relationship management across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop your client portfolio (experience with an existing portfolio is preferred).
• Provide customized sea freight solutions for clients.
• Travel regularly to visit clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Communicate effectively in English and Dutch.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sea freight logistics.
• Strong personal network; a client portfolio is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
